Dr. Capizzi is double board-certified in plastic surgery. He possesses particular expertise with breast augmentation, breast implant concerns, and body contouring surgery. His advanced training is in breast, body contouring, and facial cosmetic surgery from the Mayo Clinic and he is the only Natrelle 410 IDE (gummy bear implant) investigator in North Carolina.
Stillwater Plastic Surgery, P.A., founded in 2003 by Dr. Capizzi, is dedicated to the cosmetic enhancement and well-being of its clients through excellent care. As the only invited member in the Charlotte area of the National Council of Leaders in Breast Aesthetics (NOVA), Dr. Capizzi is a recognized expert with breast implant surgery. Dr. Capizzi, along with other leaders in the field, will be advising NOVO on various aspects of breast implant product research and development.
Dr. Capizzi is a two-time chairman of the Presbyterian Hospitals Department of Plastic Surgery and current President of the Greater Charlotte Plastic Surgery Group. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS), the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), and has mentored residents from the University of North Carolina, Duke University, and the Mayo Clinic. He continues to donate his time and skills to aid the underprivileged at home and abroad. His reputation and expertise have made him a most trusted doctor for breast and body contouring surgery in the region.

Top 10 Questions to Ask Your Surgeon
Beginning October 13, 2008, Dr. Capizzi will have office hours at the Nash Institute each Monday from 12 p.m. - 5 p.m. During these hours, he will consult with Botox and injectable patients, as well as surgery candidates.
